Why should I do a Launch Path and not start developing right away?
Developing a game or tool without a strong foundation can result in it being shelved. The Launch Path helps to first get a clear picture of what the problem really is, who you want to reach and what already exists. That way you avoid costly adjustments later in the process and increase the chances of support and success.
How exactly does Launch Path work?
The process consists of four main phases: we start with an exploration of the framework and the problem, then we brainstorm ideas, work out concepts in text and images, and conclude with a Go/No-Go moment. Together, we build a solid blueprint on which you can build further – with us, or with another party.
Specifically, what does Launch Path provide me with?
You will receive two to three well-developed concepts Inclusive visualizations and an advisory report with insights and frameworks, with which you can immediately start the conversation with internal stakeholders, partners or financiers. The course is also very suitable as preparation for a grant application.
